I was once quoted as saying, “I hate everything about this, and I’m never doing this again.” That venom-filled statement was spoken in my early 20s, and it was directed at writing.

That… didn’t stick.

Since coming back to writing about a decade ago, my work has been published in multiple places and have had a handful of books published as well. One book was even published exclusively by a Czech Republic publisher. Since I don’t speak Czech, I can’t read my own book. I find that to be kind of neat.
